Welcome to GIFSA

Goldfields Individual and Family Support Association (GIFSA) is an organization that supports people with disabilities, those who care for them, and their families. We are not-for-profit, non government, and community based. We work in partnership with other community based organisations, State and Federal Governments to provide a range of individualised services that are flexible and responsive to each individual’s needs.

Our mission is to work with individuals with a disability and members of their families to achieve and maintain quality of lifestyle, by providing community based supports that are tailored to their needs, wishes and circumstances.

GIFSA is managed by a Board of Directors who are collectively responsible for setting the organisation’s strategic direction. The Board employs a Chief Executive Officer who is responsible for running of the GIFSA’s operations.
